Do you think its a good idea to spread the concept of killing People if one is a World leader?

Because, I have a list of People who might need killing.

Or is it not against the Law to kill People if one is a President?

I know that People in Government have qualified immunity from such pesky Laws, which is one reason that Killers usually work for the Government.
