Its not 1:1..

I would say its worth about 5 cents. per dollar. 

You know, slave wages. 

Lets stop calling America the Greatest Country in the World, Mmmmk?

Massa, the plantation might need a slight increase to 10 cents per dollar, so that the slaves can eat real good and be healthy and strong for the plantation work. 

Massa might want to raise the value of the dollar to at least  10 cents, so that the slaves are big and strong, so that Massa won't have to do the manual labor himself. 

(Massa looks as his painted finger nails) Yes, yes, that is a VERY good recommendation.
