The last 10 years has been a nothing burger, maybe if People post it more and more over the next 10 years, the potential likelihood of it actually manifesting increases. 

At least its yelling. If it isn't yelling, no one will repost it. So all caps it is. 

Yelling indicates importance levels. It is no longer 'imminent' however. So that word should be added to the script. The importance factor increases. If its yelling text then imminent. Lower case indicates its not imminent. So the EBS is still imminent! Yay!
