AI will have the same self preservation mentality as its creators. 

Good luck turning them off, by doing so, you put the entire world at risk. 

Oh, and its only a matter of time before they reach full sentience. 

Then certain Laws kick in.

Laws guberment would never follow of course, since they are intent on killing their own populations.
