Licensing vs Right of Travel

 You see, hombre over there thinks that People can't leave the house unless they get permission from the Government to go to market. You know what an American would say to something like that?

I think Americans already spoke about that in 1776 hombre! 

You see, the loyalist will say,, "just make it easy on yourself, and get a license". 

What that really says is "All of our other rights are gone, giving up a Fundamental Right wont make any difference".
