Which ones are Men, and which ones are Women? The so called 'stars' are followed by People, thus the emulation of the same makeup styles are seen. The same everything. Massive replication. 

What is interesting about the face only being visible, is that it focuses all attention to the eyes. No distractions. Right to the window of the soul. Knowing the soul of another is the most important part of knowing. It should be the base from which all other knowing emanates. Perhaps. 

Perhaps further, all good relation with the base of the soul known, should further flourish good relations.
