License to exist ane hold that seat. The reason for the 'bonding' of that seat. It's License. A free Sovereign People do not need 'permission'. If you did not derive your power and authority that you are licensed and bonded to sit in the seat of; the Sovereign People, then who then? The Crown Temple? Is the Crown who the power and authority is derived from if not from the Sovereign People?

Because the American Government derives it's power and authority from somewhere.......

According to the principles found in the writings of the Founders, it seems that that power and authority most certainly is derived from the Sovereign People, thereby forming a Sovereign Country. 

Please name a time that is known in History when a Sovereign asked for permission.
