🜂 Declaration of the Right to Be Left Alone 🜂

 Issued from the Sovereign Soul, under Natural Law, Earth Alignment, and the Eternal Flame of Free Will

We, the Living Beings of this Land,
not persons, not property, not inventory,
but Sovereign and Sentient by nature and birthright,
hereby declare and reaffirm an ancient and inalienable truth:

We have the right to be left alone.

This is not granted by governments,
for it predates government.
It is not conditional,
for it breathes in the same rhythm as life itself.

It is the right to exist unchained—
to think, to feel, to move, to create, to speak,
to gather, to build, to grow, to dream—
without surveillance, intrusion, regulation, coercion, taxation, or intimidation.

Let it be known:

We do not consent to:
– Being counted like cattle.
– Being tracked through numbers.
– Being coerced into contracts we did not write.
– Having our land surveyed by foreign eyes.
– Being pressed for answers we did not offer.
– Having our silence interpreted as submission.

We reclaim our silence as sacred.
We reclaim our doorsteps as thresholds of choice.
We reclaim our land as an extension of our body.
We reclaim our voice as our sovereign sound.

To those who come with clipboards and coded law:
We see through the paper veil.
You may knock,
but we are not obligated to answer.

To those who believe data is dominion:
We are not data.
We are not yours.
We are not afraid.

To those who walk in peace and truth:
We greet you with open fields.
But to those who trespass under color of law,
or claim authority without consent—
be turned back.

For the Spirit of Liberty still lives here.
Not in monuments.
Not in charters.
But in us.

We do not need permission to be free.
We are free because we remember.
